LHH Residential is regulated by the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). Among other services this ensures that LHH Residential are covered by the Client Money Protection scheme, have professional indemnity insurance, are professionally qualified and follow a Code of Practice and Rules of Conduct. Renting from an ARLA accredited agent means you have a route to redress anything that might go wrong. We are also members of The Property Ombudsman.

LHH Residential strive to provide an excellent service that is reliable, flexible and convenient for our landlords and tenants alike. Rental of property in London is very popular and when carried out well benefits both tenants and landlords. Like many products in the modern age from music and films to cars and aeroplanes, rental can provide an excellent solution.

We are obliged by the government to investigate both Landlords and tenants for suitability to let or rent. As a tenant you will have to go through a series of checks, referencing and sign tenancy agreements. We would be delighted if you rent or buy through us, so we don’t just organise viewings; we want to help you at every stage of the rental process so that our landlords and tenants have a successful rental.
